The Controller of your personal data, ie. an entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is Insbuy Sp. z o.o. ul. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
In case you contact the Controller by e-mail, traditional way or through an online contact form available at www.insbuy.app, your personal data will be processed to provide you with a reply to your message/letter/e-mail, based on Art. 6.1.f of GDPR – a legitmate interest of the Controller.
FREEDOM OF DATA PROVISION
Providing your data is voluntary, however necessary to reply to your message/letter/e-mail.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
Insbuy can disclose your personal data to its service providers or vendors acting as processors, based on data processing agreements engaged with these entities, like IT services provides, accounting services providers, data-protection and security providers, marketing agencies (in the scope of marketing services), legal, tax and audit offices.
TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES, PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations, will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed for a time necessary to reply to your message/letter/e-mail, for a period of a legitmate interest, and afterwards until expiration of claims.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification (correction) of your personal data;
- restrict processing of your personal data;
- erasure of your personal data (the right to be forgotten);
- data-portability.
Also you have the right to contact the responsible supervisory authority of the European Union or the member states at any time in the event of possible breaches of data protection regulations.
